Logo Terms of Use

The Early Check name and the Early Check logo are trademarks of Research Triangle Institute (“RTI International,” “We,” or “Us”).

Non-exclusive use of the Early Check logo depends on your acceptance, without modification, of the following terms of use (“Terms”) and the Early Check Logo Guidelines.

Conditions of Use

You agree to comply with the following conditions of use:

1. You may only use the Early Check logo for editorial or informational purposes.
2. Any commercial use of the Early Check logo and/or Early Check name is strictly prohibited.
3. You may only use the Early Check logo and Early Check name by strictly adhering to the standards provided in the Early Check Logo Guidelines.
4. You acknowledge and agree it is your responsibility to remain informed about and immediately comply with any changes we may make in the Early Check Logo Guidelines that affect your use of the Early Check logo.
5. You may not use the Early Check logo and/or Early Check name in a way that suggests you are affiliated with or have received an endorsement by the Early Check research study or RTI International.

Any unauthorized use of the Early Check logo without the express written permission of RTI International is strictly prohibited.

Termination

RTI International may, solely at its discretion, terminate your right to use the Early Check logo at any time, with or without cause, with or without notice, effective immediately, for any reason whatsoever.

Proprietary Rights to Content

You agree to comply with the following conditions:

1. As between RTI International and you, you acknowledge RTI International’s exclusive right, title, and interest in and to the trademark rights in the Early Check name and Early Check logo.
2. You agree that you will not contest or assist another person or entity in contesting these trademark rights or RTI International’s ownership of the Early Check name and the Early Check logo.
3. You agree that you will not acquire any right of any kind in the Early Check logo that results from your use of it.
4. You agree and acknowledge that all goodwill created from your use of the Early Check logo will solely result in any benefit to RTI International.

Except for the limited right to use the Early Check logo as expressly permitted by these terms, no other right of any kind is granted to you, either directly or indirectly.
